Absolutely superb. Small classes, the instructors see everyone and help or correct if needed. I am in town for a few weeks for work, they know I am not a long term client, but treat me grandly....

Visiting from out of town and so needed a yoga class to get out all the driving kinks. This class was perfect! Nathan was a great instructor and the studio is a beautiful place to practice....
