Live here about 10 years now. I think the rent is comparable to other apartments in the area but this one has far more amenities and beautiful landscaping. Very pet friendly and friendly management.

Staffing communication is horrible. They never answer the phone and they are never in the office on the scheduled hours.

Their communication skills are terrible. I've been calling prior to the end of the month so I can make my budget for the next month. I had to keep calling until they finally communicated back....
