They sold us fake iPhones! My niece broke her phone n we took it to apple to fix it and they told us it looked as if the phone had been tampered with it had other parts n markings that apple does...

Sells faulty phones then draws out the "repair" process so they can eventually charge you. Employees lie about the managers presence. Manager blames the customer for not telling them soon enough...
