Founded in 1997 as DepoConnect.com, TrialSmith was one of the first companies in the United States to offer a completely online deposition bank with full text search capabilities. It is one of the largest online litigation banks on the Internet with more than 270,000 depositions. The bank provides more than 2 million database items and case topics that link plaintiff lawyers to critical information. TrialSmith maintains partnerships with plaintiff organizations to facilitate and co-brand private and online respositories. The bank has partnerships with the Alabama Association for Justice, Alaska Academy of Trial Lawyers and Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Located in Austin, Texas, it is a subsidiary corporation of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
