Great staff and great housekeeping. The one thing lacking is checking the little things. Although this hotel is fairly new the obvious things were overlooked. See pictures for example. -the bed...

My first room had WET PISS sheets. That's right-- sat in someone's PEE... URINE! Mind you I had just checked in. So I called and requested a new room which was "graciously" granted (bare minimum)....

Tru by Hilton in Katy, Houston, is a great hotel with convenient access to the freeways and close to Costco. The rooms are okay, but I wish they were a bit cleaner.
