Had a very nice lunch at Uncle Dan's today. It is now has new owners. The Texas Tater was delicious, as always. Also, "The Works" burger is now back on the menu. Apparently it was very popular...

The quality, taste and portion has really improved since the last time we ate here. The chopped was moist and not dry as our last visit. The chili beans were good and not mushy. The sweet tea...
