Why 5 stars? Because apparently I'm a Japanese cheesecake guy now. --- --- --- While eating lunch nearby, I Yelped "sweets" and Uncle Tetsu was one of the first places to pop up....

Japanese style cheesecake. It's lighter and fluffier than what you'd expect from a NY style cheesecake. Try their basque cheesecake, it's delicious.
