It's 540 and the Store looks like its closed and there is someone there just looking at us and doors are locked this place is not 24hr

It is a Valero and this location is open 24 hours a day.

Cashiers act as if you are putting them out shopping there. ..rude "customer service." I have been here a few times, but go to the Valero up the street now.
