Hands down, one of the best places to move into if you're relocating to Waco. The staff is extremely helpful, and they even offer free coffee for residents. A++++

BEWARE!!! I know 3 people that got bed bugs here. BEWARE!!! The staff/corporate have done absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. They shouldn't even get 1 star. This is leaving a "NICE" comment
