Wow. Just WOW! If I could give additional stars I would! Johann and his team were able install a motorized TV Mantle Mount on my tile fireplace, and also patch a hole left by the versa box...

Worst customer service. Owner Johan never responds and even blocked my number. Paid over $1200 for network and all he wanted to do was have me troubleshoot. He never once offered to come by.
