Came in around 8pm after ordering 15 minutes prior and all of my food was cold. The crew was disorganized and to busy conversing to bring me a to go ketchup until after they were done.

horrible! almost a hour for just a thing of fries, refunds are going to be the next two days! the people that work there are very rude and don't care about what they put in anything. every time...
