The customer service is very poor. Very rude and just plain bad. Not sure why, not cordial or polite at all. I hope that the management can give the crew a pep talk.

Food is great - but we've been mischarged 3 times. They've doubled the online tip, they've failed to give us the right seasoned wings, and they've left the blue cheese dip out. I'm done with this...
