Welcome and thank you for stopping by. My name is Thomas Fulbrook and I am a mental health therapist (licensed clinical social worker) practicing in the Dallas Texas area. My goals as a therapist include helping my clients uncover their true potential and cope with the issue(s) that bring them to treatment. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I can help you cope with a variety of issues that impact your life. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), family issues, and self-esteem, to name a few. As a Medicare provider, I work with older adults and and issues related to aging. For you convenience, I offer both in person and teletherapy (video) sessions for my Texas clients, and teletherapy sessions for my Nevada clients.
