Dr. Joseph J. Pirman, OD, is a therapeutically-licensed optometrist in Tallmadge, OH, at Novus Clinic. Dr. Pirman graduated from Bowling Green State University with his undergraduate degree, before attending Illinois College of Optometry and earning his Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Pirman has published several articles in the Journal for the College of Optometrists in Vision Development in the area of developmental vision. He is the current Director of VIP (Vision Improvement Program); this program designed to treat children with vision-based learning disabilities.

Dr. Jessica Simon, OD, FAAO, is a therapeutically-licensed optometrist in Tallmadge, OH, at Novus Clinic. Dr. Simon graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She completed a residency in primary eye care and ocular disease within the Cleveland VA hospital system, and a subsequent fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry with a focus on LASIK co-management and anterior segment disease. Dr. Simon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. She has served as clinical faculty and as an associate professor at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, and has been an active leader and past zone governor within the Ohio Optometric Association.
