Bethel Springs is a town in McNairy County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 763 at the 2000 census.
Bethel Springs is located at 35°14′15″N 88°36′41″W / 35.2375°N 88.61139°W / 35.2375; -88.61139 (35.237378, -88.611429). Bethel Springs was named after a Presbyterian Church that was founded in the area. The name Bethel cam from Bethlehem, the birth place of Jesus. Springs, in Bethel Springs, came from the numerous springs in the area.
