Milam is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sabine County, Texas, United States. It is located at the junction of Highway 87 and Highway 21. The population was 1,329 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 33.4 square miles (86.5 km²), of which, 32.8 square miles (85.1 km²) of it is land and 0.6 square miles (1.5 km²) of it (1.71%) is water.
