Troy is a city in Bell County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,378 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Killeen–Temple–Fort Hood Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.6 square miles (9.2 km²), all of it land.
