Dr. Giavonni Lewis is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Utah Hospital and Clinics. She received her general surgery training at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. He is a cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist, specializing in the care of patients with heart rhythm disorders. She worked in private practice for 3 years and is now an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the division of general pediatrics at the University of Utah. Dr. Tanz is board-certified in Pediatrics.
