A few years ago, the Bistro provided us with one of the best Shabbat meals we have ever had... Highly recommend.

A casual Bistro/Deli serving only Kosher (no dairy) meals in Park City's Canyons Village. The only Kosher restaurant near a ski resort in America! The menu is friendly for the whole family to enjoy multiple nights with us! We have both a kids menu for burgers, chicken fingers and spaghetti, or for the adults, there is a range of choices like hot deli sandwiches, Ribeye steaks, Citrus Salmon, and multiple salads with your choice of additions.

I recognize the importance of supporting kosher establishments in a place like park city. Such that I spent 350$ on Shabbat food early March 2021. 3 Shabbat meals and three sandwiches for lunch...
