Terrible customer service. Has been holding my $1500 hostage for 5 years. Dealing with dotheads is unbearable. Unauthorized ACH withdrawal for $1056 and never returned

After years of being a Blubird card holder, I've canceled my account. Now Walmart is charging a fee and the Family Dollar store refuse to reload them. Big inconvenience.
