Kids Who Count is an early intervention program that serves children up to the age of 3. Located in Salem, Utah, it provides a range of support services to families. The program serves children with various physical and developmental disabilities, such as cerebral palsy and spina bifida. Kids Who Count offers occupational, physical, speech and language therapy services. It also provides a variety of health, vision and hearing screening services. The program offers early childhood education and intervention services. Additionally, Kids Who Count provides parent and family training, as well as child development services. It is a part of the Baby Watch Early Intervention Program, which is administered by the Utah Department of Health.
