The last 3 visits we have made to cold stone have been a joke. Line out to the door that takes an hour or better to get through - Children working that seem as if they haven't been properly...

Great ice cream. Lots of flavors and topping. Is always clean. Staff is always friendly and will sing if they get tips. Also, sign has been upgraded. Ann H.
