Mitchell W Cooney, MD

William Tyler Franklin (Ty) was born in Castledale, Utah, but moved to Ogden at an early age. He graduated from Ogden High School and Weber State University and currently resides in Ogden. Ty attended Butler University located in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he received his medical training resulting in as Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. Upon returning home to Ogden, he worked as a Physician Assistant in the department of Cardiology and Electrophysiology at McKay-Dee Hospital for four years and also spent four years working in Family Medicine and Urgent Care for Midtown Community Health Center and Intermountain Healthcare.

Zane was born in Ogden and graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. He completed his Physician Assistant degree at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Virginia. Prior to becoming a Pediatric Physician Assistant at Ogden Clinic, Zane worked as a Medical Technologist at LDS hospital in Hematology. Zane is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Society of Clinical Pathology.

Jeff did his undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Utah and completed his Physician Assistant degree at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Jeff is a member of UAPA and AAPA. Jeff and his beautiful wife Shari have five wonderful children of their own. He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and anything outdoors. He is an avid sports enthusiast and is willing to 'talk sports' anytime.
