Got take out and they messed up our order. We called to get a refund and they refused and said we could have store credit but we would have to come down to the store again.

Waited almost 40 minutes for one burger and fries. The building smells gross and the lights are all very dim. The employees look like they hate their job and act like they don't even want to be...

The food was great my pet peeve is that I order no American cheese on smash burgers and it's dry this was Juicy it was so good I'm mad my location closed down

Boy oh boy. . . Well for starters, the place was filthy. It seems like they are woefully understaffed, however, so that likely explains why. No time to keep up with the messes customers leave....
