This company is terrible. They send no bill, don't attempt to send anything to your insurance. Send whatever they think you owe for preventive, fully covered services, straight to collections...

Like everyone else here. I never got a bill, the insurance paid them in full and they sent an illegal bill straight to collections even though the service was preventative and covered in full.

They don't send bills but happily send you to collections. The issue has been going for years. Every single time they provide services (indirectly as part of surgeries), it happens.

Where is Gephardt? The same as all other reviews. Was sent to collections in under 60 days without ever ever ever even being billed. It was in in-hospital emergency, covered 100% by insurance but...
