Only cater in the St Jay area that could handle a 16 person party on three days notice. Met and exceeded expectations. Everyone loved the Prime Rib and salads. Would definitely use Sambel's again....

Everything is great and what a wonderful location. Who would have thought you could get top quality prime rib dinners and kick ass lobster rolls from a food truck. This is a weekly visit for us.
