Arhaus has great furniture but their ability to deliver that furniture and do what they say is lacking greatly. As such they make promises they can't keep which results in a horrible customer...

Sales agreement for mattress states "15 year warranty." 4 years later mattress sags so badly it needs to be replaced. "Not sagging 2" so not covered by warranty," according to customer service....

I find the neutral palette of interest, but I think a little more personalization and someone's home wouldn't be a bad thing. They are leaders in style, they have a recipe that works. Probably not...
