Ordered through Door Dash but they cancelled the order 30 minutes into it. So I would say yes, their customer service is very poor.

Went to Baskin Robbins , family out of town wanted to go there. They had no hot fudge, no caramel topping, no nuts for the sundaes and the ice cream looked melted . Worker said they ran out....

When entering the building my first impression was the staff didn't have the customer best interest in heart. Staff were on their phone and playing music and laughing and joking around carrying on...

We have been to this location many times but not anymore. Was told they changed management...obviously! No more military discount ( outside headquarters of USMC)! Service horrible. I'm not a huge...
