His expertise includes growth strategy development, sales and marketing effectiveness, referral source optimization, customer segmentation and pricing within healthcare, insurance, financial services and other industries.Previously, Brad was a Principal at Luminant Worldwide and ran the strategic consulting practice as Senior Vice President of Client Services at XOR, Inc He has also served as a Senior Manager at Braxton Associates strategic consulting group. Brad was a member of the Marketing Planning Group at Eli Lilly responsible for targeting the managed care sector. Brad earned his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.Mark has over 20 years of experience leading and guiding middle-market and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes strategy development, organic and acquisitive growth strategies, and leading profitable operating improvements. Having worked with over 100 companies, Mark brings experience in business and industrial services, consumer services, building materials, retail, distribution, financial services, healthcare, and other industries.Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners, Mark was an operating principal with American Capital. Mark was previously the President of Creative Touch Interiors, an $800+ million business services subsidiary of The Home Depot. Mark has served as a board member/advisor for over a dozen middle-market companies.Mark earned his MBA at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and is also a CPA.
