History

Composition ID was formed in January 2014 in an effort to provide clients individualized data to help them track and monitor their health and fitness, as well as set attainable and realistic fitness and wellness goals. We look forward to partnering with local fitness, wellness and health providers in the DC metro area.

Specialties

We are Arlington, VA's first exercise and sports performance testing lab offering the best in diagnostic testing services including DEXA (DXA) for body composition analysis, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), VO2 Max, Nutritional Counseling and Customized Blood Work analysis. Our Composition Coaches and Nutritionists work one on one with our clients to deliver them the most accurate, detailed analysis of their own body composition.
