Dr. Frazer has been practicing medicine for over a decade and enjoys wellness care with a special interest in lifestyle as prevention. She stresses nutrition and environmental health and enjoys caring for whole families -- seeing that as integral to wellness. Dr. Frazer has obtained a fellowship in integrative medicine and is working with Dr. Michelle Brenner to implement an integrative medicine curriculum for the residents at CHKD.

The National Committee for Quality Assurance Physician Practice Connections Program - Patient Centered Medical Home (PPC-PCMH) awarded the practice a Level III NCQA recognition - the highest level awarded In addition to the practice recognition, many of the doctors themselves have been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for their care of diabetic and heart / stroke patients.
