This location on off of Mercury in Hampton wasn't the best. It's IHOP so I don't expect much but the booth was still dirty after it was cleaned, my waitress had a wrap on her arm with blood...

Food wasn't hot. Waitress wasn't that knowledgeable of the menu and the menu's were sticky. So we left. That's about it.
