Island Pool Services, a long-standing business in Chesapeake, VA, sadly announced its permanent closure on July 29, 2022, due to unexpected and severe employee shortages. Despite efforts to retain staff through increased compensation and benefits, the company's inability to maintain a workforce led to this difficult decision.
With over 13 years of service, Island Pool Services expressed deep regret over the closure, citing the unprecedented challenges faced in their final months of operation. The owners, Debbie and Troy Taylor, extended gratitude to loyal customers for their support and understanding during this challenging time.
