Ken has been inspecting homes since 1993. He went into business for himself in 2005. Ken has performed roughly 10,000 inspections.

Specialties

I've been inspecting homes in Southeast Virginia for 25 years. There is not to many home inspectors in our area that can make that claim. My son works with me and he has an extensive background in electrical and heating and air conditioning. We are a good team. I put allot of time and thought in my reports with photos of defects. I'll make recommendations for needed repairs and the skill level of the contractor needed to complete those repairs. We will document the logistics of the homes components.
