Well...you have read the others. If you decide to go here its on you. We arrived at Lazy Cove in 2017. At that time it was reopening after most trailers being abandoned there from previous owners....

This place is horrible due to the person who runs it. Stay clear of this place and you'll be better off. A lot of the docks that you rent are in subpar shape yet YOU are responsible to fix them....
