5 out of 5 bridge. This surely is a great one! It's my preferred spot to start the Noland Trail. The only downside is there isn't really any parking in the shade for the trail. I love the lions...

Lions Bridge Mariners Museum is going under a major transformation and will never be the same. All of the beautiful tall trees are no longer standing for shade along the shoreline. Very sad to watch.

Aside from being a peaceful place to park for the Nolan Trail, this is also one of the best spots to watch and photograph wildlife in Newport News. Ospreys, Herons, Pelicans and Cormorants all go...
