Poor costumer service since Primo took over. Delivery has been each month, forcing us to buy higher priced water from the grocery store. Avoid using them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT WAS PURCHASED BY PRIMO BRANDS. Since Primo purchased Ready Refresh my water delivery has never been on time, and is always rescheduled the night before scheduled...

I guess Primo doesn't have it's own Yelp??? Well ReadyRefresh has merge with Primo Brand and since this merge started, deliveries have been delayed. Just this week alone I was rescheduled 4 times....
