Offered by Independent Hill School, PACE East Program provides a variety of academic and vocational training-based courses for disabled children. The program has been serving the students of Prince William County in Virginia for over 15 years. It offers individual and group counseling services. The program works in collaboration with various schools and agencies. PACE East Program additionally provides social skill development-related educational services for children. It serves more than 125 students and operates through a staff of over 15 teachers. PACE East Program s curriculum includes vocational training in food and institutional services, as well as Adapted Physical Education (APE). Its facilities include a snack bar, commercial kitchen, laundry room, barn and greenhouse.
