Great facility for its location, everyone there is very friendly and accommodating . However the parking garage belonging to SPD makes a very annoying noise at night and there are flashes of light...

Update -- the building has a new lead concierge, Karen, and she's been wonderful. David has also been around a few months, and he's great too. Major improvements!

The staff is very nice and friendly but useless. When you come with a real problem, the needed person is absent or something else goes wrong.
