HistoryDesigns Unlimited, a residential and commercial building design firm, was founded in 1976 by Vern Rockwell in Kent, Washington (about 20 miles south of Seattle). The Designs Unlimited team has over 7,000 single family and mutifamily homes built from our designs. We are proud of being a Street of Dreams participant and an award -winning design firm.
