honestly ridiculous. i myself worked a 13 hour day and i just wanted to eat something and relax. i understand it's a holiday everyone is busy but if you see the order come through almost an hour...

Took an hour to get our food. We are 4 blocks away. Food was cold and inedible. According to the app our delivery driver drove all over with our food. We didn't/couldn't eat the food.
