Thank you for opening a new location in Washington. I grew up eating El Pollo Loco in Los Angeles, and this new location delivers the same great, delicious taste and friendly service I remember....

Not sure what's with all the entitlement of these bad reviews! I grew up on this chicken in California, and it was just as I expected- delicious! Obviously any grand opening is going to have kinks...

2 weeks in since grand opening and still missing the mark here. Chicken has been overly dry 2/3 times and the wait times continue to be unacceptable. They also have menu pricing inconsistencies...
