History

I used to work in Real Estate as an Assiatant and on the side did some consulting to help people on what they should do with there homes when selling, when a Friend called about a Realtor who needed help pricing her Commercial Homes, I came out to see the homes in March/April 2004 and let my main (current) business partner know about them, she bought all 3 right away and the intention was to remodel and sell....Thats where I came in, I agreed to rent one at 7846 Lake City Way NE and turned it into a Guest House, Next came the BED and Breakfast at 7842 Lake City Way NE in 2007, In 2008 we opened the next Guest Home at 7838 Lake City Way NE and in Mid 2011 we will have the newest property
