History
I completed medical school at Georgetown University in 1998. Following that I did a residency in General Surgery at the University of Washington. I went on to complete a fellowship at the University of Rochester, Rochester NY, in 2006. I joined Everett Cardiovascalar and Thoracic Surgical Associates in 2006 and have been with the same group for the last 11 years. We became part of Providence Medical group in 2011 and are now known as PMG Cardiothoracic Surgery. In 2015 I added a second thoracic surgery partner, Luis Alberton. While I had been active in advanced minimally invasive thoracic surgery prior to his arrival, we were able to develop a robotic thoracic surgery program when Dr Alberton arrived. This has allowed us to offer minimally invasive thoracic surgery to more patients for a wider variety of diseases and procedures.
