The Lemon Grass Restaurant

History

The Lemongrass restaurant has been a staple for Asian fusion cuisine in downtown olympia for over 2 decades now. We are known for our unique recipes that are all made from scratch, and with love by our founder Nicole. Her love for cooking always had her entertaining guests that would continuously insist she open her own restaurant. Now with 3 locations, we still use all her recipes that she personally teaches our chefs. Nicole still plays a very active role in our kitchens despite her full plate running the business side of things, and still goes between all locations cooking with the chefs from time to time. Our downtown Olympia location holds a special place for Nicole as it was her first, and is her pride and joy.

Specialties

Our signature dish is our Honey Walnut Prawns. Battered and fried to a fluffy yet crisp consistency they are drizzled with our house recipe honey cream sauce, and garnished with our caramelized walnuts.
