They broke my bolt off my cars wheel hub during a safety road trip inspection. Then denied it.

Shows I was able to unscrew and screw the bolt. Employee was in a hurry and failed to do his job correctly resulting in damage to my vehicle

I was told that the bolt broke because it was "over torqued" and on too tight, they could not get it off?? Got it off with my fingers
