Naches Peak Loop Trail is a popular hiking destination located in Mount Rainier National Park, Washington. With a round trip distance of 3.5 miles and an elevation gain of 500 feet, this easy loop trail offers breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, stunning subalpine meadows, and an abundance of huckleberries in late summer and early fall.
Starting from Tipsoo Lake, hikers can follow the trail in a clockwise direction, traversing the east side of Naches Peak for 1.6 miles before intersecting the Naches Loop Trail. Continuing along the west side of Naches Peak for another 1.4 miles, the loop concludes back at Tipsoo Lake. Please note that camping is not permitted along the trail within the park, but pets are allowed on the Pacific Crest Trail portion of the loop outside of the park, as long as they are leashed.
