Eugene and Ke-Soon had opened New Peking Restaurant in Pierce County so that they could introduce what was lacking in the region; a good Chinese restaurant. None of which could have been accomplished without the head chef of 9 years, Alex Ma (retired), who was then succeeded by Master Chef John Chau. Our lounge offers various amenities at low cost. Really delicious take away here. We had it for the night before thanksgiving and may have been the largest take out order they ever fulfilled. Everything was cooked spot on and prepared perfectly.
