Overlook Walk

Overlook Walk is a newly opened pedestrian pathway in Seattle, connecting the downtown core to the waterfront, and allowing visitors to traverse a 100-foot vertical elevation with ease. Featuring approximately 60,000 square feet of elevated park space, it provides 360-degree views of notable landmarks like downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay, and Mount Rainier, as well as a play area for children and concession space for local businesses anticipated to open in 2025.

Designed to reflect the cultural heritage and natural environment of the Pacific Northwest, Overlook Walk incorporates native plant species and features large-scale artworks by Indigenous artists honoring the area's history. This project is part of a broader redevelopment of the Waterfront Park, set to be fully accessible to the public by 2025, enhancing connections between Pike Place Market, the newly constructed Ocean Pavilion, and the waterfront area.
