Pancake House

Dana ‘s mother bought the Pancake House in 1972. She took over from her mom whom she learnt the trade from in 1993. In 1994, they decided to go Non-Smoking and many people said that that would bring their business down and that they would go broke. But that did not happen, in fact 26 years later the Pancake House is still up and running. Dana runs it, alongside her husband and two managers, Linda and Wanda. She attributes the success of this establishment to her loyal employees who have been with them for years. Linda has been with them for almost 39 years! That’s a long time, she considers Linda as their rock. Located in Longview, Cowlitz County, Washington the Pancake House has been the go-to restaurant for many families, generation after generation.
